Jay Feiertag manages Fedcap’s growing real estate footprint of nearly 900,000 square feet across several states. He directs the design, planning, leasing, construction and maintenance of buildings and other facilities. Mr. Feiertag is currently a Vice President of the New York chapter of the International Facilities Management Association (IFMA), having been a member for over two decades. He chaired IFMA’s Career Services Committee for much of that period, helping members secure employment. In January 2015, he was honored to receive the IFMANYC Distinguished Professional Member of the Year.
Prior to joining Fedcap, Mr. Feiertag worked as a commercial real estate broker drawing on his architectural background and extensive experience analyzing, negotiating, planning and designing office and retail spaces. He also worked as a Senior Project Manager for HSBC, Bank of America and New York City’s Economic Development Corporation. Mr. Feiertag holds a Bachelor’s in Architecture and a Master’s in City & Regional Planning from Pratt Institute.
