The Power of Possible Training Academy

The Fedcap Group understands that business need workers who are ready to work when they arrive at a new job. We designed and developed The Power of Possible Training Academy to make workers “job ready”.

After spending years working in close partnership with business, understanding their staffing needs and their struggles with their current pool of applicants, we build well-designed workshops to meet these needs.

“The Power of Possible” is a dynamic and innovative program that includes skills for job seeking, self-management tools and a structured, active job search curriculum. Self-esteem objectives are built into every activity .The training includes 60 hours of instruction and time management activities, ensuring a worker arrives equipped to become immediately effective in the critical areas the employer requires.
