Nearly every individual we serve has a history of adversity. Many have been diminished by a narrative that limits what they believe is possible in their lives. Some have been told they are lazy, and they believed it. Others have been told they couldn’t break the cycle of poverty, and they believed that. Some have been told that they should not go to college and sadly, they believed that too. Our job is to provide individual we serve with the skills and the support they need to experience the power of possible.
