The Benefits For Host Organizations
Encore Fellows are an effective pipeline for skilled talent. They bring decades of work experience, a strong sense of responsibility, and the ability to plan and execute projects.

How It Works
Each Fellowship consists of 1,000 hours of part-time work over a year, focused on advancing your
organization’s mission-critical initiatives. Work can be remote, onsite, or hybrid.
To reduce administrative complexity, Encore Fellowships manages all employment-related
responsibilities — including payroll, taxes, compliance, and benefits.
Host organizations are invoiced a one-time placement fee and an hourly rate which includes the fellow’s
pay and administrative costs — allowing you to focus on impact, not paperwork.
