Fedcap’s Single Stop Benefits Screening and Case Management Platform Achieves SOC 2 Type II Audit Certification

Certification Demonstrates Unwavering Commitment to Data Security

[New York, NY] – The Fedcap Group is proud to announce that Single Stop has successfully completed the System and Organization Controls (SOC) 2 Type II audit. This prestigious certification underscores Single Stop’s dedication to maintaining the highest standards of information security and privacy for our users and adds to existing compliance with ISO 27001:2022 and WCAG 2.1 AA.

The SOC 2 Type II audit is a thorough assessment that focuses on the criteria of trust services, including security, availability, and confidentiality. Single Stop views security as the foundation of our technology and recognizes that SOC2 compliance is an important milestone in our continued commitment to our customers and their data security.

“This SOC 2 Type II certification is a testament to the rigor and innovation embedded in our Single Stop’s platform,” said Christine McMahon, President and CEO of The Fedcap Group. “At The Fedcap Group, we are deeply committed to providing solutions that not only connect individuals to critical resources but also protect their privacy and security at every step. Congrats to the Single Stop team for this significant achievement.”

“Handling sensitive data is a responsibility we don’t take lightly. In a world where data breaches and privacy concerns are all too common, our commitment to achieving SOC2 Type II compliance is ultimately a promise to everyone who uses our technology,” said Steven Williams, CEO of Single Stop. “When people use Single Stop, they should feel secure knowing that we protect their data as diligently as we support their journey toward economic stability.”

Developed by the AICPA, SOC 2 is designed for service providers storing customer data in the cloud. It includes an extensive auditing procedure that ensures a company is handling customer data securely and in a manner that protects the organization and the privacy of its customers.

By voluntarily undergoing this rigorous audit, Single Stop meets regulatory requirements and proactively protects client data with the highest level of care. Conducted by Sensiba LLP, a nationally recognized CPA firm registered with the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board, the attestation report affirms that Single Stop’s information security practices, policies, procedures, and operations meet the rigorous SOC 2 Trust Service Criteria for security, availability, and confidentiality.
