Mark O’Donoghue

Mark O’Donoghue is a partner in the law firm of
Curtis, Mallet-Prevost, Colt &
Mosle. He has experience in
project finance and energy
infrastructure projects, mergers
and acquisitions, joint ventures,
privatizations, cross-border commercial contracts,
and international litigation. Mr. O’Donoghue’s
accomplishments include the sale of a minority
interest in a major U.S. refinery, the restructuring of
a Mexican joint venture, and the acquisition and
divestiture of manufacturing facilities in the United
States. He also has worked on the development of
electric power plants, pipelines and transmission
lines in Mexico; an independent power producer
project and privatization of a regional electricity
utility in Oman; and an array of international
disputes. In addition, he has represented clients
in civil and criminal litigation involving securities,
commodities, tax, professional liability, regulatory
and real estate matters. Prior to joining Curtis, Mallet, he clerked for the
Honorable Morris Pashman of the New Jersey
Supreme Court. He is a graduate of Harvard
University and Harvard Law School.
