Sue oversees operations across the New England region as well as expanding the Fedcap’s Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) portfolio, leveraging her extensive experience and leadership in the field.

Previously Executive Vice President of Programs at Easterseals New Hampshire, Sue brings more than three decades of executive leadership experience in disability services, community-based programming, and organizational operations. During her 37-year tenure at Easterseals, she held multiple senior leadership roles and helped advance innovative service models and operational growth across the organization.

Known for her commitment to mission, mentorship, and operational excellence, Susan has dedicated her career to building high-performing teams and creating opportunities that empower people to achieve their full potential.

In her role at Fedcap, Susan continues her lifelong commitment to advancing innovative solutions that improve lives, strengthen communities, and create pathways to economic mobility and independence.
