Ania Mendrek, Senior Director of Corporate Services, Growth, & Practice Development for the United Kingdom & Australia.

Ania brings more than 20 years of international experience designing, implementing, and strengthening employment, skills, and workforce systems. Throughout her career, she has worked across the public, private, and nonprofit sectors to translate government priorities into effective services that improve people’s lives.

Beginning her career in education, Ania moved into employment services and became a recognized leader in program design, stakeholder engagement, and service transformation. She has directed European growth strategies for major private providers, developed market-entry frameworks, and helped secure multiyear government contracts. She has also advised international development institutions, including the International Labour Organization, Asian Development Bank, European Commission, and Expertise France, and worked with organizations across Europe, the Middle East, North Africa, and Asia.

Ania is responsible for expanding Fedcap’s work and impact across the U.K. and Australia. She brings extensive experience aligning service models with government and donor priorities, strengthening organizational capacity, and translating evidence into effective frontline practice. Her expertise helps Fedcap pursue new opportunities while continuously improving the quality and impact of its existing programs.

She holds master’s and bachelor’s degrees in English Literature and Philology from the University of Silesia in Poland and has completed additional certifications in impact evaluation, gender, and employment policy, and service design.
