Kenneth Brezenoff

Kenneth Brezenoff, Esq. joined Fedcap in 2012 and is the General Counsel and Managing Director. In that capacity he is responsible for overseeing the provision of all legal services for the company, as well as advising the Chief Executive Officer and Board of Directors on general legal and regulatory matters. In addition to his role as General Counsel, Mr. Brezenoff is also responsible for overseeing the agency’s risk management framework, merger and acquisition strategy and CDFI development,  Mr. Brezenoff also serves as the Assistant Secretary to the Fedcap Group and is a member of several Fedcap subsidiary international boards including the United Kingdom, Canada and Australia.

Prior to joining Fedcap, Mr. Brezenoff previously worked at Seedco & Seedco Financial Services in a variety of capacities, most recently as Senior Vice President for Corporate Affairs and New Markets Tax Credits. He also previously oversaw Seedco Financials’ lending operations and credit committee.   Following law school Mr. Brezenoff was an associate attorney at Hawkins Delafield & Wood and Sidley Austin and before commencing his legal career he spent three years at New York City’s Health & Hospital Corporation’s MetroPlus Health Plan.

Mr. Brezenoff has a BA in government from Franklin & Marshall College, a JD from Fordham University’s School of Law and is admitted to practice law in the State of New York.
